What goes into the price?
The price depends on what you need, what already exists and how much ongoing support is involved. We'll put the work, timing, responsibilities and cost in writing before you commit.
Step 01
The first stepTell us what you'd like to improve and share any useful public links. We'll review them and reply within one business day. No meeting is required.
Step 02
A closer lookIf we need access to your systems to understand the problem, we agree a paid investigation. Its fee can be credited to the project that follows.
Step 03
The agreed workWe put the scope, timing, responsibilities, price and review process in writing. Then we get started.
90-day first term, then month to month.
Ends at the agreed delivery unless a separate operating term is added.
One engagement can combine capabilities around the same problem.
Paid directly by the client through client-owned platform accounts.
Jordanian engagements in JOD; Gulf engagements in USD.
A paid diagnostic is credited to the engagement that follows, when agreed.
IP transfers on final payment under the contract; third-party licences keep their own terms.
Why we ask questions first
Two app projects can need very different amounts of work. An existing product may need a few repairs, while another needs new payment, booking and reporting features. Advertising work varies with the markets, creative and tracking involved. We ask enough questions to give you a quote you can make a decision on.
What changes the price
- The number of connected systems and integrations.
- The condition of the existing product, account or infrastructure.
- The markets and languages involved.
- The volume of original production required.
- Access, security and compliance requirements.
- The response window and ongoing operating responsibility.
- The research or measurement needed to establish a baseline.
Common questions
How do you price an engagement?
We quote after discussing what you need and reviewing what already exists. The price may cover a fixed project, ongoing work or an agreed performance component. You'll receive the scope, timing and costs in writing. Advertising spend is separate and paid through your own accounts; we don't send open-ended hourly invoices.
How do we get started?
Send a few details about your business, what you'd like to improve and any useful public links. We'll reply within one business day and suggest where to start. The initial review is free. If the problem needs deeper access, we'll discuss a paid investigation before asking you to commit to further work.
What stays under our control?
Your domains, accounts, data, tracking and leads stay under your control. Ownership of a commissioned build transfers on final payment under the contract. Our own products and internal tools remain ours. If we use one in your project, we explain the licence and any continuing costs before work begins.
