How do you price an engagement?

We quote after discussing what you need and reviewing what already exists. The price may cover a fixed project, ongoing work or an agreed performance component. You'll receive the scope, timing and costs in writing. Advertising spend is separate and paid through your own accounts; we don't send open-ended hourly invoices. The price changes with the systems involved, their current condition, the markets and languages, production volume, access and compliance requirements, and the response window. The outcome, baseline, target, timeframe, measure, ownership, and price are written down before paid work begins.

Where does AI actually fit in your work?

We use AI for work such as reading documents, researching, drafting replies and organising information. We first check whether it helps with the task and how the team will review the result. Actions that need approval keep that step. If an ordinary rule or integration does the job better, we use it. Useful candidates include lead response, quoting, onboarding, reporting, document processing, classification, and repeated checks. The inputs, exceptions, review owner, and fallback are part of the design. We will not turn an ordinary workflow into an AI project simply to make the proposal sound newer.

Can you help us show up in search and AI answers?

Yes. We work on technical SEO, business listings, useful content and the information search engines and AI assistants need to understand your company. GEO is the part focused on AI-generated answers. We check visibility and referrals where they can be measured, but we cannot guarantee a ranking or an AI citation. Visibility that lasts starts with a clear offer and evidence worth finding. Technical files and answer-shaped pages help machines read that evidence; they do not create authority by themselves. We wire Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, and IndexNow into the operating loop, then improve the pages and references that influence real buying questions.

Can you improve our existing software?

Yes. We repair, secure, connect and extend existing software. We assess its condition, operating cost and ability to support the next business requirement before recommending a replacement. The recommendation follows the evidence and the cost of the decision. The work can include platforms, web and mobile apps, marketplaces, admin tools, infrastructure, security, analytics, and the operating flows around them. A replacement has to earn its cost. Existing software stays when repair or integration is the better business decision.

Do you work in Arabic and English?

Yes. We work on copy, interfaces and customer journeys in both languages. Arabic needs its own wording, reading order and layout, including forms and mixed-language content. We review both versions for the intended audience. If the project needs specialist terminology or a particular dialect review, we include that in the scope. The same standard applies beyond content. Product interfaces, analytics labels, campaign paths, store listings, and customer communication must all work in the language the customer actually uses.

How do we get started?

Name the business problem and share a public link. Within one business day, receive written findings and the first priority. The initial review is free. If deeper access is needed, a paid diagnostic defines the next scope before further work begins. Paid work begins only after the outcome, baseline, target, timeframe, measure, ownership, milestones, acceptance criteria, and price are written down.

What stays under our control?

Accepted Answer

Your domains, accounts, data, tracking and leads stay under your control. Ownership of a commissioned build transfers on final payment under the contract. Our own products and internal tools remain ours. If we use one in your project, we explain the licence and any continuing costs before work begins. Third-party licences keep their own terms. Access, handover, and any continuing care are stated in the written scope rather than left for the end of the project.

Where do you work, and do you need to be on site?

We are based in Amman, with work across MENA, the United States and Spain. We work in Arabic and English, usually remotely. When workshops, research, production or a rollout need us on site, we agree the location, travel and team arrangements with you as part of the project scope.

How is progress measured?

Accepted Answer

We agree what to measure and record the starting point before paid work begins. Weekly updates cover the work completed, and monthly reviews look at results and next steps. The measure might be sales, qualified enquiries, response time, adoption or reliability. Your contract sets out the review schedule and the terms for stopping. The measure depends on the problem: revenue, qualified pipeline, response time, conversion, adoption, reliability, or another observable operating result. Platform activity is evidence only when it connects to that result.

When are you not the right fit?

We're most useful when you want help understanding a problem as well as doing the work. We may not be the right fit if the budget or timing cannot cover what the project needs, or if you need a service outside our experience. We'll tell you that before you commit. We also keep confidential work confidential, even when publishing it would make our portfolio look stronger. If public exposure is part of the value you need from a partner, agree that boundary before the work starts.
