How will we know if the work is helping?
Short answer
We agree what to measure and record the starting point before paid work begins. Weekly updates cover the work completed, and monthly reviews look at results and next steps. The measure might be sales, qualified enquiries, response time, adoption or reliability. Your contract sets out the review schedule and the terms for stopping.
The measure depends on the problem: revenue, qualified pipeline, response time, conversion, adoption, reliability, or another observable operating result. Platform activity is evidence only when it connects to that result.
