What stays under our control?
Short answer
Your domains, accounts, data, tracking and leads stay under your control. Ownership of a commissioned build transfers on final payment under the contract. Our own products and internal tools remain ours. If we use one in your project, we explain the licence and any continuing costs before work begins.
Third-party licences keep their own terms. Access, handover, and any continuing care are stated in the written scope rather than left for the end of the project.
